Team (15%)	Permanantly locked veNEST to fund operations.
Raise (5%)	Raise at $20m FDV, issued as max-locked veNEST (alignment-first capital).
Liquidity (5%)	Seeds NEST trading pairs to ensure liquid trading conditions.
Growth Treasury (10%)	Reserved in the multisig for future development and growth, and kept outside circulating supply.
