6.2 - Add Liquidity — Classic

Before you start

• You need both tokens for the pair (roughly 50/50 by value)

• Keep HYPE for gas

• Remember: on Nest, LPs earn NEST emissions (if incentivised), not trading fees

Steps

1. Open Liquidity and select the Classic pool for your pair

2. Click Add Liquidity

3. Enter amounts

4. Approve tokens if prompted (first time only)

5. Confirm the deposit

After

• Check Dashboard to confirm the position is live and you’re in the right pool.

Classic pool tips

• Best beginner default: always active, no range management.

• Choose pairs you’re happy holding: if one side dumps, you’ll end up holding more of it.
